Apple has been making it very difficult to download & reinstall macOS recently. For best results connect the laptop directly to the router using an Ethernet cable to eliminate any possible WiFi issues.
It is possible the hard drive on your laptop could be starting to fail. Installing an OS is very stressful and perhaps it was unable to download a critical component to the drive. To check the health of the hard drive run DriveDX. If the drive shows as healthy, then post the report here using the 'Additional Text' icon which looks like a piece of paper.
FYI, using Command + Option + Shift + R should boot to the oldest compatible version of macOS still available from Apple.
See if you can download the macOS 10.11 El Capitan or macOS 10.12 Sierra installer from the links on these pages which includes a non-App Store download link for the installer.

I want to place a new SSD HDD in my Macbook Pro 13, but I am facing the problem that I do not have an install disk for the new installation of OSX.

Best free personal finance software for mac 2018. I found some tutorials which described that I have to download the App 'OSX Lion' from AppStore and burn the imagefile 'InstallESD.img', which is included in the App, to a dvd and from this disk I can install a whole new system.

Is there a way to get a OSX Lion install disk or do I have to buy OSX Mountain Lion to install a new system?
